Our flagship Single Malt Whiskey is made with four kinds of the finest malted barley, Rocky Mountain water, and yeast. We use open-air fermenters and slowly distill the whiskey two times in our direct-fire, hand-hammered pot still to bring out the rich flavors of the specialty malts in our grain bill. The whiskey is aged in charred American oak barrels and finished with toasted cherry wood staves.
